| Russian Tanks Collection |
By: GE Fabbri |
Info: Pre-assembled and pre-painted models in 1/72 scale, made of both diecast metal and plastic.
This collection is out of Russia and published by GE Fabbri, a UK based partwork publisher producing
publications for international markets. The name of the collection is "Pycckne Tahkn" which translates to "Russian Tanks". The
correct Russian spelling is slightly different which can be found in their banner logo below.
The series is available through subscription or local newsstands, released bi-weekly, and with 60 total releases. Each issue includes a 1/72
scale model enclosed in a blister package and a 16 page booklet. Each issue includes detailed information on the history and specifications of the
featured vehicle, as well as pictures and illustrations.
This collection contains several vehicles from the Altaya/DeAgostini Combat
Tanks Collection as well as some that have not been seen elsewhere. They're similar in that the detail is a bit soft, but different in that
some of the models found in this collection have different paint schemes and unit/tactical markings than those found
in the Altaya/DeAgostini collections.
